Week 82: I Want to See Easter Eggs

Hey everyone! My MTC sisters and old companion, Elder Johnson, went home on Monday. Sad. Going to miss them.

New transfer! Elder Chen, my Billy Boy, has left me. Sad. But my new comp is Elder Legarto! My first Filipino companion. He is a super hard worker and tries his best so I'm excited for this transfer.

Last week we really tried to help some of the members have a better understanding of the meaning of Easter and why we celebrate it. Not too many members here in Cambodia really understand.

We had an FHE at our branch president's house and shared a simple message with his kids who are 3 and 6 years old. As we were trying to share, their daughter just kept saying, "I want to see Easter eggs on your phone Elder!" Unfortunately, I couldn't show her, but they understood a little bit, hahaha.

With another member, Ming Kunthea and her husband, we shared the "Because of Him" video. As we were watching it, Ming Kunthea started crying and thanked us for helping her and her husband understand the meaning of Easter.

Please pray for Pol Peab and Seng Thai! Seng Thai is so awesome and asks to meet us every day. Hopefully they will both stay on track to get baptized soon.
