“Dear Elder Mendenhall… You are assigned to labor in the Cambodia Phnom Penh Mission and will prepare to preach the gospel in the Cambodian language.” I cannot describe how thankful I am to have this opportunity to serve the Lord for two years in my mother's homeland. Seeing my older brother be able to serve his mission in Cambodia is what made me want to go on a mission and serve Heavenly Father’s children one day. I am so grateful for such great examples in my life and the love and support from all my friends and family. See you soon, Cambodia!
